1. Introduction

Welcome to DEFI Jobs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We operate an online platform where companies ("Employers") can post job listings and job seekers ("Users") can view and apply for these job opportunities ("Services"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DEFI Jobs regarding your use of the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Services Offered

We provide an online platform that enables Employers to post job listings with detailed descriptions, requirements, and application instructions. Employers can manage and update their postings, access analytics about job posting performance, receive applications, and manage candidate communications. Premium features such as featured listings and advanced search filters are also available.

Job Seekers can browse available opportunities with advanced search and filtering options, apply to jobs directly through provided contact methods, create and manage job alerts, save listings for future reference, and access career resources and job search tools.

All pricing on our platform is stated in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify our services and pricing at any time.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You also represent that you have the legal authority to create a binding obligation, will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, will provide accurate and complete information when required, and will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Account Registration

Employers may be required to create an account to post job listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, providing accurate and complete information during registration, promptly updating your account information if it changes, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. Content Submission

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. This includes ensuring job descriptions are accurate and not misleading, complying with all applicable employment laws and regulations, not including discriminatory language or requirements, maintaining the confidentiality of applicant information, and responding to applicants in a timely and professional manner.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any job listing. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• • Use automated means to access or interact with the Services without authorization
• • Collect or harvest any information from the Services without authorization

7. Fees and Payments

All fees for paid services (such as premium listings) are payable in USD. Our payment terms include that all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated, payment must be made in full before services are provided, we accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified, prices are subject to change with notice, and you are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DEFI Jobs or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes the platform's design, layout, and functionality, all content created by DEFI Jobs, trademarks, service marks, and logos, and software and technology used to provide the Services.

Employers retain ownership of the content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and promote that content on the platform.

9. Copyright Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at contact@defijobs.com with the following information:

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This includes that both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, arbitration shall be conducted in English, the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, and the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEFI Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, any loss of profits or revenues, any loss of data or business interruption, any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEFI Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, any violation of these Terms, any violation of any rights of another party, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
