Job Title: Head of Sales / VP Sales / Head of Revenue
Location: Remote (United States)
Responsibilities:
- The role reports to the CEO and is a seat on the leadership team, where you’ll heavily contribute to company-wide strategy and decisions:
- Grow Incredible Health bookings and number of employers per market, achieving key financial targets and driving our network effects.
- Hire, professionally develop, & continuously improve our sales team, resulting in a highly impactful group of account executives and sales managers that consistently achieve goals.
- Lead and work collaboratively with CEO, CFO, Head of Customer Success and other key leaders on Incredible Health’s go to market strategy, sales strategic planning, sales capacity models, and contracts that lead to delight customer experiences and consistent goal execution.
- Clearly communicate forecasting and business goal attainment on a consistent basis to CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
- Enable sales team to follow consistent go-to-market strategy, pipeline management and consistent playbook to close deals.
- Develop processes that empower sales team to exceed their targets to include incentive compensation planning, internal leaderboard reporting, & data driven dashboards to highlight and address inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Thoroughly analyze current sales strategy, offer collaborative thought leadership, and develop new sales strategy that leverages Incredible Health’s strengths and historical performance in achieving goals.
- Work collaboratively with HR & Revenue Operations to continue improving formal onboarding and training, performance management, and coaching curriculum to foster a team culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with revenue operations to further improve systems for tracking KPIs, and overall sales operations.
- Create visibility across the entire sales cycle that enables strong organizational understanding of issues, frictions, and bottlenecks that are impeding new sales - ensuring stakeholders are well positioned to eliminate roadblocks.
- Own Customer Experience through the Sales process & consistently provide relevant market insights to Senior Leadership team to ensure Incredible Health is innovating ahead of market need.
You might be the one we’re looking for if you have a track record of:
- Leading a sales team through multiple stages of company evolution, through long tenure and successful exits (IPO and/or acquisitions).
- Track record of defining, building, & leading sales functions or organizations within growth stage startup environments.
- Track record of hiring, training and developing high performing Account Executives and Sales Leaders who consistently meet or exceed goals - with a network that can be used to grow the Sales team.
- Track record and proven ability of double and triple digit annual growth.
- Ability to articulate the unique skills that allowed you to establish a track record of promotion and success throughout your career.
- Track record of quickly and consistently evaluating and strengthening sales processes and their efficacy with demonstrated expertise in ruthless prioritization and motivating behavior change.
- Experience in leading range of sales disciplines, including: account executives, revenue operations, sales operations including incentive compensation, sales enablement, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Creative and strategic thinking and problem-solving that is “out of the box”.
- Consistent track record of opening and growing new markets and territories.
- Able to quickly analyze data/metrics making data-driven decisions with vision and purpose.
- Successful experience with marketplace or healthcare technology a plus.
